What Our Clients Say
"Chaya Labell found a suitable tenant for us in a week, where others had failed for many months. Much more impressive was her staying with the process from beginning to beyond the end! She made great suggestions about small improvements we had to make, kept on top of the work, personally oversaw negotiations with the tenant, and remained involved - for both owner and tenant - even after the tenant moved in. All of this with a smile!"

"I was fortunate that Chaya Labell was recommended to me as a real estate agent! She is such a pleasant person and I always felt she put my interests as her priority! I confided in her some sensitive personal issues and she was able to successfully guide me through my dream of purchasing an apartment in Jerusalem! Wishing her Hatzlacha in her future personal and business endeavors!"

"We had such an extraordinary experience with our broker, Chaya Labell! She handled all of our negotiating and some of our financial transactions as well since we don't speak Hebrew very well. Chaya was a consummate professional in every way and we really appreciated her pleasant and caring demeanor. We have recommended Chaya to many of our friends who are also looking to buy homes in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Perhaps we will have occasion to use her services again and I will look forward to it!"

"Working with Chaya Labell was a complete pleasure. She was knowledgeable, diligent and hard working. She made herself available at all times. And critically, she took “ownership” of our quest to find a suitable home in Eretz Yisroel and worked alongside us the entire time. Coming from across the ocean, it was particularly helpful to have an insider on the ground who was so competent and focused on our project. From finding the right place through closing! Thank you, Chaya! "

- The one in the 1990s, to house the major immigration wave from the former Soviet Union
- The one going on right now, created by the housing crisis and creation of special fast-track committees for huge new projects—although that could just be the new normal
In the first wave, two-room (1-bedroom) and three-room apartments were the norm. Rooms were often big, and the typical size range is around 50–90 m2.
In the second and third waves, four-room (3-bedroom) apartments are the most common. Rooms are usually smaller, but there’s usually a 2nd bathroom and an external balcony. Net sizes for these apartments are typically ~80–100 m2, but while in the 90s wave balconies were smaller, now they can reach over 20 m2 across two balconies. Gross sizes are therefore typically 90–120 m2.
